"كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يُضِرُّ بِطَرِيقِ اَلْمُسْلِمِينَ فَصَاحِبُهُ ضَامِنٌ لِمَا يُصِيبُهُ".

اور حماد نے الحلبی سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ان سے پوچھا گیا کہ اگر کوئی چیز راستے پر رکھی جائے، اور کوئی سواری والا جانور اس کے پاس سے گزرے، تو وہ اپنے سوار کے ساتھ گھبرا جائے اور اسے زخمی کر دے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "جو بھی چیز مسلمانوں کے راستے میں نقصان پہنچائے، اس کا مالک اس کے سبب ہونے والے نقصان کا ذمہ دار ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5347 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that he was asked about an object placed on the road, and an animal passes by it, becomes startled, and injures its rider. Imam (as) said: "Anything that causes harm on the path of the Muslims, its owner is liable for whatever results from it."
