5352 - : "وَ قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي دَابَّةٍ عَلَيْهَا رَدِيفَانِ فَقَتَلَتِ اَلدَّابَّةُ رَجُلاً أَوْ جَرَحَتْهُ فَقَضَى بِالْغَرَامَةِ بَيْنَ اَلرَّدِيفَيْنِ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ".
اردو
اور امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام نے ایک جانور کے بارے میں حکم دیا جس پر دو سوار تھے: اگر جانور نے کسی شخص کو مار ڈالا یا زخمی کیا، تو انہوں نے فیصلہ دیا کہ معاوضہ دونوں سواروں کے درمیان برابر تقسیم کیا جائے۔
Translation
Hadith.5352 - "And the Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled regarding an animal carrying two riders, and the animal killed or injured a man. Imam (as) ruled that the compensation would be equally divided between the two riders."
