: "قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي هَدْمِ حَائِطٍ اِشْتَرَكَ فِيهِ ثَلاَثَةٌ فَوَقَعَ عَلَى وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ فَمَاتَ فَضَمَّنَ اَلْبَاقِينَ دِيَتَهُ، لِأَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ ضَامِنُ صَاحِبِهِ".
اردو
محمد ابن ابی عمیر نے علی ابن ابی حمزہ سے روایت کی، جو ابو بصیر سے، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام نے ایک دیوار کے انہدام کے بارے میں فیصلہ دیا جس میں تین افراد شریک تھے۔ وہ دیوار ایک شخص پر گری اور وہ مر گیا، تو انہوں نے باقی دو کو اس کے خون کے بدلے کا ذمہ دار ٹھہرایا کیونکہ ہر ایک اپنے ساتھی کا ضامن ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5361 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah, who narrated from Abu Basir, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: "The Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled regarding the demolition of a wall in which three people participated. When it collapsed on one of them and caused his death, he held the remaining two responsible for his blood money because each one of them is accountable for his companion."
