حمّاد نے الحلبی سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ان سے پوچھا گیا کہ ایک بختی اونٹ جو غصے میں آ گیا، گھر سے باہر نکلا اور ایک آدمی کو مار ڈالا۔ پھر اس آدمی کا بھائی آیا اور اس اونٹ کو تلوار سے مارا، جس سے وہ معذور ہو گیا۔ تو انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "بختی اونٹ کا مالک دیہ کا ذمہ دار ہے، اور وہ اپنے اونٹ کی قیمت وصول کرتا ہے۔"

Translation

Hadith.5369 - Hammad narrated from Al-Halabi, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), that he was asked about a male camel (bukhti) that became enraged, left the house, and killed a man. Then the brother of the man came and struck the camel with a sword, injuring it. Imam (as) said: "The owner of the camel is liable for the blood money, and he is entitled to receive the price of his camel."
