: قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً فَلَمَّا كَانَ لَيْلَةُ اَلْبِنَاءِ عَمَدَتِ اَلْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى رَجُلٍ صَدِيقٍ لَهَا فَأَدْخَلَتْهُ اَلْحَجَلَةَ فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ اَلرَّجُلُ يُبَاضِعُ أَهْلَهُ ثَارَ اَلصَّدِيقُ فَاقْتَتَلاَ فِي اَلْبَيْتِ فَقَتَلَ اَلزَّوْجُ اَلصَّدِيقَ وَ قَامَتِ اَلْمَرْأَةُ فَضَرَبَتِ اَلرَّجُلَ ضَرْبَةً فَقَتَلَتْهُ بِالصَّدِيقِ قَالَ "تَضْمَنُ اَلْمَرْأَةُ دِيَةَ اَلصَّدِيقِ وَ تُقْتَلُ بِالزَّوْجِ".

یونس ابن عبد الرحمن نے عبد اللہ ابن سنان سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے کہا: ایک شخص نے ایک عورت سے شادی کی، اور جب نکاح کی رات تھی، تو عورت اپنے ایک مرد دوست کے پاس گئی اور اسے شادی کے کمرے میں لے آئی۔ پھر جب مرد اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ مباشرت کے لیے گیا، تو دوست اچانک اٹھ کھڑا ہوا، اور دونوں گھر میں لڑ پڑے، تو شوہر نے دوست کو قتل کر دیا۔ پھر عورت اٹھ کر اس مرد کو ایک ضرب لگائی اور دوست کی وجہ سے اسے قتل کر دیا۔ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: عورت دوست کے خون کی دیہ کی ذمہ دار ہے، اور شوہر کے قتل کی سزا موت ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5375 - Yunus ibn Abd Al-Rahman narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: I asked Imam (as) about a man who married a woman, and on the night of consummation, the woman brought in a male friend of hers and let him enter the bridal chamber. When the husband approached to be intimate with his wife, the friend suddenly attacked him, and they fought in the house until the husband killed the friend. Then the woman struck the husband and killed him because of her friend. Imam (as) said: "The woman must pay the blood money for her (male) friend, and she is to be executed for killing her husband."
