: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ شَجَّ رَجُلاً مُوضِحَةً وَ شَجَّهُ آخَرُ دَامِيَةً فِي مَقَامٍ وَاحِدٍ فَمَاتَ اَلرَّجُلُ قَالَ "عَلَيْهِمَا اَلدِّيَةُ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمَا نِصْفَيْنِ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے صَالِح بْن رَزِين سے، جو ذَرِيح الْمُحَارِبِي سے روایت کرتے ہیں، بیان کیا کہ: میں نے ابا عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جسے ایک شخص نے مُوضِحہ زخم لگایا اور دوسرے نے دامیہ زخم ایک ہی موقع پر لگایا، پھر وہ شخص فوت ہوگیا۔ آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "دیت دونوں پر ان کے مال سے برابر نصف نصف واجب ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5383 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Salih ibn Razin, from Dharih Al-Muharibi, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who was struck by one person with a muḍihah wound (a wound that exposes the bone) and by another person with a damiyah wound (a bleeding wound) in the same instance, and the man died. Imam (as) said: "The blood money is upon both of them, divided equally between their wealth."
