رَجُلٍ كَسَرَ يَدَ رَجُلٍ ثُمَّ بَرَأَتْ يَدُ اَلرَّجُلِ فَقَالَ "لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ فِي هَذَا قِصَاصٌ وَ لَكِنَّهُ يُعْطِي اَلْأَرْشَ".

اور جمیل ابن دراج نے ہمارے بعض صحابہ سے روایت کی، ان دو اماموں میں سے ایک علیہما السلام سے: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جس نے دوسرے شخص کا ہاتھ توڑا، پھر اس کا ہاتھ ٹھیک ہو گیا، انہوں نے عليه السلام فرمایا: "اس صورت میں قصاص نہیں ہے، لیکن اسے ارش دینا ہوگا۔"
Translation
Hadith.5393 - Jameel ibn Darraj narrated from some of our companions from one of the two Imams (as) regarding a man who broke another man's hand, and then the man's hand healed. Imam (as) said: "There is no retaliation (qisas) in this case, but he must pay compensation (Al-arsh)."
