قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "مَا مِنْ مَيِّتٍ تَحْضُرُهُ اَلْوَفَاةُ إِلاَّ رَدَّ اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ سَمْعِهِ وَ بَصَرِهِ وَ عَقْلِهِ لِلْوَصِيَّةِ أَخَذَ اَلْوَصِيَّةَ أَوْ تَرَكَ وَ هِيَ اَلرَّاحَةُ اَلَّتِي يُقَالُ لَهَا رَاحَةُ اَلْمَوْتِ فَهِيَ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ ".
اردو
محمد ابن ابی عمیر نے حماد ابن عثمان سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: کوئی بھی مرنے والا ایسا نہیں جس پر موت آئے مگر اللہ اس کے سننے، دیکھنے اور عقل میں سے کچھ واپس کر دیتا ہے تاکہ وہ وصیت کر سکے، چاہے وہ وصیت کرے یا نہ کرے۔ یہ وہ راحت ہے جسے راحتِ موت کہا جاتا ہے، اور یہ ہر مسلمان پر فرض ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5409 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hammad ibn Uthman who said that Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "There is no dying person approaching death except that Allah (swt) restores to him his hearing, sight, and intellect for the purpose of making a will - whether he chooses to make the will or not. This is the state referred to as the 'relief of death,' and it is a duty upon every Muslim."
