شَهَادَةِ اِمْرَأَةٍ حَضَرَتْ رَجُلاً يُوصِي لَيْسَ مَعَهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ "تُجَازُ فِي رُبُعِ اَلْوَصِيَّةِ".

اور حَمّاد ابن عیسی نے ربعی ابن عبداللہ سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ہے: ایک عورت کی گواہی کے بارے میں جو اس وقت موجود تھی جب ایک مرد وصیت کر رہا تھا اور اس کے ساتھ کوئی مرد نہیں تھا، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "اس کی گواہی وصیت کے چار حصوں میں سے ایک حصے کے لیے قبول کی جاتی ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5435 - Hammad ibn ʿIsa narrated from Ribʿi ibn Abdullah from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding the testimony of a woman who was present when a man was making a will, and there was no man with her. Imam (as) said: "Her testimony is accepted for one-fourth of the will."
