قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "إِنَّ اَلدَّيْنَ قَبْلَ اَلْوَصِيَّةِ ثُمَّ اَلْوَصِيَّةَ عَلَى أَثَرِ اَلدَّيْنِ ثُمَّ اَلْمِيرَاثَ بَعْدَ اَلْوَصِيَّةِ فَإِنَّ أَوْلَى اَلْقَضَاءِ كِتَابُ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ".
اردو
اور عاصم بن حمید نے محمد بن قیص سے روایت کی، جو ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: بے شک، قرض وصیت سے پہلے آتا ہے، پھر وصیت قرض کے بعد آتی ہے، پھر وراثت وصیت کے بعد آتی ہے۔ سب سے پہلے پورا کیا جانے والا معاملہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی کتاب ہے، جو عظمت والا اور جلیل ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5438 - Aṣim ibn Humayd narrated from Muhammad ibn Qays from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said that the Commander of the Faithful (as) said: "Indeed, the debt takes precedence over the will, then the will follows after the debt, and then the inheritance comes after the will. Verily, fulfilling what is prescribed in the Book of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, has the highest priority."
