: "أَوَّلُ شَيْءٍ يُبْدَأُ بِهِ مِنَ اَلْمَالِ اَلْكَفَنُ ثُمَّ اَلدَّيْنُ ثُمَّ اَلْوَصِيَّةُ ثُمَّ اَلْمِيرَاثُ".
اردو
اَلْسَّکُونِی نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: مال میں سب سے پہلے کفن کا انتظام کیا جاتا ہے، پھر قرض ادا کیا جاتا ہے، پھر وصیت پوری کی جاتی ہے، اور آخر میں وراثت تقسیم کی جاتی ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5437 - Al-Sakuni narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: "The first thing to be taken care of from the wealth (of the deceased) is the shroud (for burial), then the debts, then the will, and then the inheritance."
