: قُلْتُ لَهُ اَلرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ لَهُ اَلْوَلَدُ يَسَعُهُ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ مَالَهُ لِقَرَابَتِهِ قَالَ "هُوَ مَالُهُ يَصْنَعُ بِهِ مَا شَاءَ إِلَى أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُ اَلْمَوْتُ".

اور عبد اللہ ابن جَبَلَہ نے سَمَاعَہ سے روایت کی، جو ابو بصیر سے، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے کہا: ایک آدمی جس کے بچے ہوں—کیا اس کے حق میں ہے کہ وہ اپنا مال اپنے رشتہ داروں کو دے دے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "یہ اس کا مال ہے؛ وہ اس کے ساتھ جیسا چاہے کر سکتا ہے جب تک موت اس کے پاس نہ آ جائے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5466 - Abdullah ibn Jabalah narrated from Samaah, from Abu Baṣir, from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) who said: I asked Imam (as), "A man who has children, is it permissible for him to give his wealth to his relatives?" Imam (as) replied: "It is his wealth; he may do with it as he wishes until death comes to him."
