رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ فِي أَعْمَامِهِ وَ أَخْوَالِهِ فَقَالَ "لِأَعْمَامِهِ اَلثُّلُثَانِ وَ لِأَخْوَالِهِ اَلثُّلُثُ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے عَلِي بْن رِئَاب سے، زُرَارَہ سے، ابو جَعْفَر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جس نے اپنی دولت کا ایک تہائی حصہ اپنے چچا اور ماموں کو وصیت کیا، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "دو تہائی حصہ چچا کے لیے ہے اور ایک تہائی حصہ ماموں کے لیے ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5483 - Al-Hasan bin Mahbub narrated from Ali bin Ri'ab, from Zurara, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) regarding a man who bequeathed one-third of his wealth to his paternal uncles and maternal uncles. Imam (as) said: "Two-thirds are for his paternal uncles, and one-third is for his maternal uncles."
