: "لاَ يُدْخَلُ بِالْجَارِيَةِ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ لَهَا تِسْعُ سِنِينَ أَوْ عَشْرٌ".

موسى ابن بکر نے زرارہ سے، وہ ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: کسی لڑکی کے ساتھ نکاح کی مباشرت اس وقت تک نہیں کی جانی چاہیے جب تک کہ وہ نو یا دس سال کی نہ ہو جائے۔
Translation
Hadith.5521 - Musa ibn Bakr narrated from Zurara from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said: "A girl should not be consummated in marriage until she reaches nine or ten years of age."
