: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْيَتِيمَةِ مَتَى يُدْفَعُ إِلَيْهَا مَالُهَا قَالَ "إِذَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّهَا لاَ تُفْسِدُ وَ لاَ تُضَيِّعُ" فَسَأَلْتُهُ إِنْ كَانَتْ قَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ فَقَالَ "إِذَا تَزَوَّجَتْ فَقَدِ اِنْقَطَعَ مُلْكُ اَلْوَصِيِّ عَنْهَا".

5520 - صفوان ابن یحیی نے عیص ابن القاسم سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے یتیم لڑکی کے بارے میں پوچھا: اس کا مال کب اسے دیا جائے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "جب تم جان لو کہ وہ نہ اسے برباد کرتی ہے اور نہ ضائع کرتی ہے۔" پھر میں نے پوچھا: اگر وہ شادی کر چکی ہو؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "جب وہ شادی کر لے تو ولی کی ملکیت اس پر ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔" اس کتاب کے مصنف، اللہ ان پر رحم کرے، نے کہا: اس سے مراد ہے جب وہ نو سال کی عمر کو پہنچ جائے۔
Translation
Hadith.5520 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from 'Is ibn Al-Qasim from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: I asked Imam (as) about an orphan girl - when should her wealth be handed over to her? Imam (as) said: "When you know that she will neither corrupt it nor waste it." I then asked Imam (as): "What if she has gotten married?" Imam (as) said: "Once she marries, the authority of the guardian over her ends." COMPEV قَالَ مُصَنِّفُ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ يَعْنِي بِذَلِكَ إِذَا بَلَغَتْ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ. The author of this book, may Allah (swt) have mercy on him, commented: This means when she reaches the age of nine years.
