اَلرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ فَيَضْمَنُهُ ضَامِنٌ لِلْغُرَمَاءِ قَالَ "إِذَا رَضِيَ اَلْغُرَمَاءُ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ ذِمَّةُ اَلْمَيِّتِ".
اردو
الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے عَبْداللّٰہ بْن سِنَان سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللّٰہ علیہ السلام سے ہیں: ایک شخص جو مر جائے اور اس پر قرض ہو، اور کوئی ضامن قرض داروں کی طرف سے اسے قبول کر لے، تو انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "اگر قرض دار راضی ہوں تو مرنے والے کی ذمہ داری ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5530 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding a man who dies while owing a debt, and a guarantor assumes responsibility for it on behalf of the creditors. Imam (as) said: "If the creditors agree, then the deceased is cleared of responsibility."
