: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى لِبَعْضِ وَرَثَتِهِ بِأَنَّ لَهُ عَلَيْهِ دَيْناً فَقَالَ "إِنْ كَانَ اَلْمَيِّتُ مَرْضِيّاً فَأَعْطِهِ اَلَّذِي أَوْصَى لَهُ".

اور صفوان بن یحیی نے منصور بن حازم سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابا عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ایک شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے اپنے بعض وارثوں کو وصیت کی کہ اس پر اس کا قرض ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا: "اگر مرحوم معتبر تھا تو اسے وہی دو جو اس نے اس کے لیے وصیت کی ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5542 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from Mansur ibn Hazim, who said: 'I asked Abu Abdullah (as), about a man who, in his will, acknowledged a debt to one of his heirs.' Imam (as) said: "If the deceased was in a sound state of health, then give him what was bequeathed to him."
