رَجُلٍ مَاتَ فَأَقَرَّ بَعْضُ وَرَثَتِهِ لِرَجُلٍ بِدَيْنٍ فَقَالَ "يَلْزَمُهُ ذَلِكَ فِي حِصَّتِهِ".

ابن ابی عمیر نے محمد ابن ابی حمزہ اور حسین ابن عثمان سے، وہ اسحاق ابن عمار سے، وہ ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک مرد کے بارے میں جو فوت ہو گیا، اور اس کے بعض وارثوں نے کسی شخص کے حق میں قرض کا اقرار کیا، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "یہ اس کے حصے میں اس پر لازم ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5545 - Ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Muhammad ibn Abi Hamzah and Husayn ibn Uthman from Ishaq ibn Ammar from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding a man who died, and some of his heirs acknowledged a debt owed by the deceased to another man. Imam (as) said: "That acknowledgment is binding upon the share of the one who made the acknowledgment."
