5546 - وَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ : "أَنَّهُ إِذَا شَهِدَ اِثْنَانِ مِنَ اَلْوَرَثَةِ وَ كَانَا عَدْلَيْنِ أُجِيزَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اَلْوَرَثَةِ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُونَا عَدْلَيْنِ أُلْزِمَا ذَلِكَ فِي حِصَّتِهِمَا".

اور ایک اور حدیث میں: اگر دو وارث گواہی دیں اور وہ دونوں عادل ہوں تو وہ وارثوں کے خلاف قبول کی جاتی ہے۔ لیکن اگر وہ عادل نہ ہوں تو یہ صرف ان کے حصوں میں پابند ہوتی ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5546 - In another narration: "If two of the heirs testify and they are both just, their testimony is accepted and binding upon all the heirs. However, if they are not just, the obligation is only enforced upon their respective shares."
