محمد ابن ابی عمیر نے حماد ابن عثمان سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: ایک شخص نے فاطمہ علیہ السلام کی اولاد کو تیس دینار وصیت کیے۔ پھر وہ شخص اسے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام کے پاس لے آیا، اور ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "اسے فاطمہ علیہ السلام کی اولاد میں سے ایک بزرگ کو دے دو،" اور وہ شخص کفیل اور محدود وسائل والا تھا۔ اس شخص نے کہا: "اس شخص نے صرف فاطمہ علیہ السلام کی اولاد کو ہی وصیت کی ہے۔" تو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "یہ فاطمہ علیہ السلام کی اولاد میں فرق نہیں ڈالتا، لیکن اس شخص کے لیے فرق پڑتا ہے، اور اس کے کفیل ہیں۔"

Translation

Hadith.5559 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hammad ibn Uthman from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: 'A man bequeathed thirty dinars to the descendants of Sayyidah Fatimah {s.a}, peace be upon her. The man brought the money to Abu Abdullah (as), who said: "Give it to such-and-such an elder from the descendants of Sayyidah Fatimah {s.a}, peace be upon her," and that man was poor and struggling to provide for his family. The man responded: "But the deceased specifically bequeathed it to the descendants of Sayyidah Fatimah {s.a}." Abu Abdullah (as) replied: "It will not have the same impact on the descendants of Sayyidah Fatimah {s.a} in general, but it will have a meaningful impact on this man, for he has a family to support."
