اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ اَلْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوٰالِدَيْنِ وَ اَلْأَقْرَبِينَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ حَقًّا عَلَى اَلْمُتَّقِينَ قَالَ "هُوَ شَيْءٌ جَعَلَهُ اَللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لِصَاحِبِ هَذَا اَلْأَمْرِ " قُلْتُ فَهَلْ لِذَلِكَ حَدٌّ قَالَ "نَعَمْ" قَالَ قُلْتُ وَ مَا هُوَ قَالَ "أَدْنَى مَا يَكُونُ ثُلُثُ اَلثُّلُثِ".

محمد ابن احمد ابن یحیی نے محمد ابن عیسیٰ سے روایت کی، وہ محمد ابن سنان سے، وہ عمار ابن مروان سے، وہ سماعہ ابن مهران سے، وہ ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے: اللہ تعالیٰ کے قول کے بارے میں، جو عظمت والا ہے، “وصیت والدین اور قریبی رشتہ داروں کے لیے ہے، نیکی کے ساتھ، پرہیزگاروں پر فرض ہے۔” انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "یہ وہ چیز ہے جسے اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس امر کے صاحب کے لیے مقرر کیا ہے۔" میں نے کہا: "کیا اس کا کوئی حد ہے؟" انہوں نے کہا: "ہاں۔" میں نے کہا: "وہ کیا ہے؟" انہوں نے کہا: "کم از کم جو ہو سکتا ہے وہ ایک تہائی کا تہائی ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5562 - Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya narrated from Muhammad ibn Isa from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Ammar ibn Marwan from Sama'ah ibn Mehran from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding the saying of Allah (swt), the Almighty and Glorious: "The will is for the parents and close relatives in a fair manner; it is an obligation upon the righteous" (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:180). Imam (as) said: "This is something that Allah (swt), the Almighty and Glorious, has designated for the one who holds this matter (referring to the rightful authority)." I asked: "Is there a set limit for this?" Imam (as) replied: "Yes." I asked: "What is it?" Imam (as) said: "The minimum is one-third of one-third."
