: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ جَارٍ لِي هَلَكَ وَ تَرَكَ بَنَاتٍ فَقَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لَهُنَّ".

اور عَلِی ابن الحکم نے عَلِی ابن ابی حمزہ سے روایت کی، جو ابو الحسن علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے اس سے اپنے ایک پڑوسی کے بارے میں پوچھا جو فوت ہو گیا اور بیٹیاں چھوڑ گیا، تو اس نے کہا: "مال ان کا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5608 - It is narrated by Ali ibn Al-Hakam from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah from Abu Al-Hasan (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about my neighbor who passed away and left behind daughters. Imam (as) replied: "The wealth belongs to them."
