: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ اَلثَّانِي عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ رَجُلٌ هَلَكَ وَ تَرَكَ اِبْنَتَهُ وَ عَمَّهُ فَقَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لِلاِبْنَةِ" قَالَ وَ قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مَاتَ وَ تَرَكَ اِبْنَةً لَهُ وَ أَخاً أَوْ قَالَ اِبْنَ أَخِيهِ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ طَوِيلاً ثُمَّ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لِلاِبْنَةِ".

اور یہ روایت ہے البزنتی سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو جعفر الثانی علیہ السلام سے کہا: “میں آپ کے فدیہ ہوں، ایک شخص فوت ہو گیا اور اپنی بیٹی اور اپنے چچا کو چھوڑ گیا۔” تو انہوں نے فرمایا: “مال بیٹی کا ہے۔” انہوں نے فرمایا: اور میں نے ان سے کہا، “ایک شخص فوت ہوا اور اپنی بیٹی اور بھائی کو چھوڑ گیا،” یا انہوں نے کہا، “اپنے بھائی کے بیٹے کو۔” انہوں نے طویل خاموشی کے بعد فرمایا: “مال بیٹی کا ہے۔”
Translation
Hadith.5607 - It is narrated from Al-Bazanti who said: I said to Abu Ja'far Al-Thani (as): "May I be sacrificed for you! A man has died and left behind his daughter and his paternal uncle." Imam (as) replied: "The entire wealth belongs to the daughter." Al-Bazanti further said: I asked Imam (as), "A man has died and left behind his daughter and a (his) brother", or he said, "the son of his brother." Imam (as) remained silent for a long time and said: "The entire wealth belongs to the daughter."
