اِمْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَ تَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا قَالَ "فَالْمَالُ كُلُّهُ لَهُ" قُلْتُ اَلرَّجُلُ يَمُوتُ وَ يَتْرُكُ اِمْرَأَتَهُ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لَهَا".

5613 - وہ جو محمد ابن ابی عمیر نے ابان ابن عثمان سے روایت کیا، جو ابو بصیر سے، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ہے: ایک عورت کے بارے میں جو فوت ہو گئی اور اپنے شوہر کو چھوڑ گئی، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "تو سارا مال اس کا ہے۔" میں نے کہا: "ایک مرد فوت ہو جاتا ہے اور اپنی بیوی کو چھوڑ جاتا ہے؟" انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "مال اس کی ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5613 - Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Aban ibn Uthman from Abu Basir who reported from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding a woman who passed away and left behind her husband. Imam (as) said: "All the wealth belongs to him." I asked: "What if a man dies and leaves behind his wife?" Imam (as) replied: "The wealth belongs to her."
