ذَلِكَ "اَلْمِيرَاثُ لِلْأَقْرَبِ إِنْ شَاءَ اَللَّهُ".

مُحَمَّد ابن الحسن الصفار رضی اللہ عنہ نے ابو محمد الحسن ابن علی علیہ السلام کو لکھا: ایک شخص فوت ہو گیا اور اپنی بیٹی کی بیٹی اور اپنے والد اور والدہ کے بھائی چھوڑ گیا؛ وراثت کس کی ہوگی؟ تو انہوں نے اس بارے میں جواب میں لکھا: "وراثت قریب ترین رشتہ دار کی ہے، اگر اللہ چاہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5619 - Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan Al-Saffar (may Allah (swt) be pleased with him) wrote to Abu Muhammad Imam Hasan ibn Ali Al-Askari (as) asking about a man who passed away, leaving behind his daughter's daughter and his full brother. Imam (as) replied: "The inheritance belongs to the closest relative, Allah (swt) willing."
