اَلْجَدِّ مَعَ إِخْوَةٍ لِأُمٍّ قَالَ "إِنَّ فِي كِتَابِ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "أَنَّ اَلْإِخْوَةَ مِنَ اَلْأُمِّ يَرِثُونَ مَعَ اَلْجَدِّ اَلثُّلُثَ" ".

5636 - الحسن ابن محبوب نے خالد ابن جریر سے، ابو الربیع سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: دادا کے بارے میں، جو ماں کے بھائی بہنوں کے ساتھ ہوں، انہوں نے فرمایا: بے شک، علی علیہ السلام کی کتاب میں ہے کہ ماں کے بھائی بہن دادا کے ساتھ مل کر ایک تہائی وارث ہوتے ہیں۔
Translation
Hadith.5636 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Khalid ibn Jarir from Abu Al-Rabi from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding the grandfather inheriting alongside maternal siblings. Imam (as) said: "Indeed, in the Book of Ali (as), it is written that 'the maternal siblings inherit one-third along with the grandfather.'"
