: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ أَخٍ لِأَبٍ وَ جَدٍّ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا سَوَاءٌ".

اور ابن محبوب نے عبداللہ بن سنان سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے ایک والد کے بھائی اور دادا کے بارے میں پوچھا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "مال ان دونوں کے درمیان برابر ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5637 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about a paternal brother and a grandfather (in matters of inheritance). Imam (as) replied: "The inheritance is divided equally between them."
