: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ إِخْوَةً وَ أَخَوَاتٍ مِنْ أَبٍ وَ أُمٍّ وَ جَدّاً قَالَ "اَلْجَدُّ كَوَاحِدٍ مِنَ اَلْإِخْوَةِ اَلْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمْ "لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ اَلْأُنْثَيَيْنِ"".

ابن محبوب نے عبداللہ ابن سنان سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے پوچھا کہ ایک شخص جو والد اور والدہ سے بھائی اور بہنیں چھوڑ گیا ہو، اور دادا بھی ہو۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: دادا بھائیوں میں سے ایک کے برابر ہے، اور مال ان کے درمیان تقسیم کیا جاتا ہے۔ مرد کے لیے دو عورتوں کے برابر حصہ ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5645 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about a man who passed away and left behind brothers and sisters from both his father and mother, along with a grandfather. Imam (as) said: "The grandfather is considered as one of the brothers, and the inheritance is divided among them with the male receiving the share equal to that of two females."
