: سُئِلَ عَنِ اِبْنِ عَمٍّ وَ جَدٍّ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ لِلْجَدِّ".
اردو
ابن محبوب نے علی ابن ریاب سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبیدہ سے، جو ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: ان سے ایک والد کے کزن اور دادا کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا۔ انہوں نے کہا: "مال دادا کا حق ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5646 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Ali ibn Riʾab from Abu Ubaydah from Abu Jafar (as) who was asked about a paternal cousin and a grandfather (regarding inheritance). Imam (as) said: "The entire inheritance belongs to the grandfather."
