: قُلْتُ لَهُ اِبْنُ أَخٍ وَ جَدٌّ قَالَ "اَلْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَانِ".

اَلْبَزَنْطِيُّ نے اَلْمُثَنَّى سے روایت کی، جو اَلْحَسَنِ اَلصَّيْقَلِ سے، جو ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے کہا: بھتیجا اور دادا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: مال ان دونوں کے درمیان دو برابر حصوں میں تقسیم ہوتا ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5647 - Al-Bazanti narrated from Al-Muthanna from Al-Hasan Al-Ṣayqal from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about a paternal nephew and a grandfather (regarding inheritance). Imam (as) said: "The inheritance is divided equally between them, half and half."
