اِبْنِ اَلْمُلاَعَنَةِ مَنْ يَرِثُهُ قَالَ "تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ" قُلْتُ أَ رَأَيْتَ إِنْ مَاتَتْ أُمُّهُ وَ وَرِثَهَا هُوَ ثُمَّ مَاتَ هُوَ مَنْ يَرِثُهُ قَالَ "عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ وَ هُوَ يَرِثُ أَخْوَالَهُ".

5698 - محمد ابن الفضیل نے ابو الصباح اور عمرو ابن عثمان سے، المفضل سے، زید سے، ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ابن الملعون کے بارے میں، جو اس کا وارث ہے؟ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "اس کی ماں اس کا وارث ہے۔" میں نے کہا: "اگر اس کی ماں فوت ہو جائے، اور وہ اس سے وارثت پائے، پھر وہ فوت ہو جائے تو اس کا وارث کون ہوگا؟" انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "اس کی ماں کے عصبہ اس سے وارثت پاتے ہیں، اور وہ اپنے ماموں سے وارثت پاتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5698 - Muhammad ibn Al-Fudayl narrated from Abu Al-Sabbah and Amr ibn Uthman from Al-Mufaddal from Zayd from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding the inheritance of the son of the cursed woman. Imam (as) said: "His mother inherits from him." I asked: "What if his mother dies, and he inherits from her, then he dies - who inherits from him?" Imam (as) said: "The maternal relatives (Aṣaba) of his mother inherit from him, and he inherits from his maternal uncles."
