قَالَ أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "فِي اَلْمَفْقُودِ يُتَرَبَّصُ بِمَالِهِ أَرْبَعُ سِنِينَ ثُمَّ يُقْسَمُ".
اردو
یونس ابن عبد الرحمن نے اسحاق ابن عمار سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: ابو الحسن علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: گمشدہ شخص کے معاملے میں، اس کی دولت چار سال تک روکی جاتی ہے، پھر اسے تقسیم کیا جاتا ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5707 - Yunus ibn Abd Al-Rahman narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said that Abu Al-Hasan (as) said: "In the case of a missing person (mafqud), his wealth is withheld for four years, and then it is divided."
