: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اِرْتَدَّ عَنِ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ لِمَنْ يَكُونُ مِيرَاثُهُ قَالَ "يُقْسَمُ مِيرَاثُهُ عَلَى وَرَثَتِهِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے ابو ولاد الْحَنَّاط سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو اسلام سے مرتد ہو گیا: اس کی میراث کس کے حصے میں آئے گی؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: اس کی میراث اس کے وارثوں میں اللہ کے کتاب کے مطابق تقسیم کی جاتی ہے، جو عزت والا اور جلیل ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5712 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Walad Al-Hannat who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who apostatized from Islam. To whom does his inheritance go? Imam (as) said: "His inheritance is divided among his heirs according to the Book of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic."
