5715 - وَ قَدْ رُوِيَ فِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ : "أَنَّ مَنْ مَاتَ وَ لَيْسَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ فَمَالُهُ لِهَمْشَهْرِيجِهِ " يَعْنِي أَهْلَ بَلَدِهِ.

اور واقعی ایک اور روایت میں بیان کیا گیا ہے: جو کوئی مرے اور اس کا وارث نہ ہو، تو اس کی دولت اس کے ہمشہریج کی ملکیت ہوگی۔ یعنی، اس کے شہر کے لوگ۔
Translation
Hadith.5715 - It has also been narrated in another report: "Whoever dies and has no heir, his wealth belongs to his Hamshahrij," meaning the people of his town.
