سَمِعْتُ مُوسَى بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: «مَا أَكَلَ اَلْوَرَقَ وَ اَلشَّجَرَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تُصَلِّيَ فِيهِ وَ مَا أَكَلَ اَلْمَيْتَةَ فَلاَ تُصَلِّ فِيهِ.

اور یہ روایت ہے ہاشم الحنّاط سے کہ انہوں نے کہا: میں نے موسیٰ ابن جعفر علیہما السلام کو کہتے سنا: ‘‘جو کچھ پتے اور درخت کھاتا ہے، اس میں نماز پڑھنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں؛ اور جو کچھ مردار کھاتا ہے، اس میں نماز نہ پڑھو۔’’
Translation
Hadith.794 - It was narrated from Hashim Al Hannat that he heard Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) say: "Anything that eats leaves and plants, there is no problem in praying while wearing it (its leather or fur), but anything that eats carrion, do not pray in it”.
