The first page of the printed booklet is titled “EIGHT WONDERS OF THE
WORLD” it has drawings of the seven wonders of the world surrounding a
photograph of Millie Christine, the “EIGHTH WONDER OF THE WORLD”. The
descriptions of these wonders at the beginning of this transcription
are the captions from each of the eight individual illustrations.

Variant spelling, and inconsistent hyphenation have been retained.
Some characters in this booklet did not print fully, a few did not print
at all. These have been silently corrected.

to opening quotation marks;
superfluous periods removed;
and commas printed after abbreviations instead of periods have
been corrected.

Other changes made are:
On the opening “Eight Wonders of the World” page, in the description
of the Colossus of Rhodes, the word “the” has been removed from
“against the their enemy”; in the description of the Pyramids of Egypt
“eard stone” has been changed to “hard stone”.
On page 7 the first occurrence of “cellar” was originally printed as
“celler”.
On page 10 “sleepleess” has been changed to “sleepless”.
On page 16 “featurs” has been changed to “features”, and “strugle” to
“struggle”.
On page 24 “zyphyrs” has been changed to “zephyrs”.
