Origin
Founding date given as 2019. Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I signed the tomos of autocephaly on 5 January 2019, following a December 2018 unification council that brought together the Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Kyiv Patriarchate, the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church and two bishops of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate).
