سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ الْحُرَّةَ فَوُلْدُهُ أَحْرَارٌ وَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرُّ الْأَمَةَ فَوُلْدُهُ أَحْرَارٌ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad Al Asaamy, from Ali Bin Al Hassan Al Taymi, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from Al Hakam Bin Miseen, from Jameel Bin Darraj who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘When the slave marries the free woman, so his children would be free ones, and when the free man marries the slave woman, so his children would be free ones’.
