Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam and Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abu Nasr, from Al Hakam Bin Miskeen, from Jameel Bin Darraj who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about the free man marrying the slave woman, or a slave marrying a free woman. So heasws said to me: ‘The child would not be enslaved when one of its parents was free. It would be attached with the free one of the two, whichever of them, be it a father or a mother’.
