رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا تَتَكَلَّمُوا فِي الْإِمَامِ فَإِنَّ الْإِمَامَ يَسْمَعُ الْكَلَامَ وَ هُوَ فِي بَطْنِ أُمِّهِ فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْهُ كَتَبَ الْمَلَكُ بَيْنَ عَيْنَيْهِ وَ تَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ صِدْقاً وَ عَدْلًا لا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِماتِهِ وَ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ فَإِذَا قَامَ بِالْأَمْرِ رُفِعَ لَهُ فِي كُلِّ بَلْدَةٍ مَنَارٌ يَنْظُرُ مِنْهُ إِلَى أَعْمَالِ الْعِبَادِ .

ہمارے اصحاب میں سے ایک سے زیادہ نے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: امام کے بارے میں بات نہ کرو، کیونکہ امام اپنی ماں کے پیٹ میں ہوتے ہوئے بھی بات سنتا ہے۔ پھر جب وہ اسے جنم دیتی ہے تو فرشتہ اس کی دونوں آنکھوں کے درمیان لکھ دیتا ہے: اور تمہارے رب کا کلمہ سچائی اور عدل کے ساتھ پورا ہو گیا؛ اس کے کلمات کو بدلنے والا کوئی نہیں، اور وہ خوب سننے والا، خوب جاننے والا ہے۔ پھر جب وہ امر کے ساتھ قیام کرتا ہے تو ہر شہر میں اس کے لیے ایک مینار بلند کیا جاتا ہے، جس سے وہ بندوں کے اعمال کو دیکھتا ہے۔
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Hadeed, from Jameel Bin Darraj who said, ‘More than one of our companions reported that he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Do not be speaking regarding the Imam<sup>asws</sup>, for the Imam<sup>asws</sup> hears the speech while he<sup>asws</sup> is in the belly of his<sup>asws</sup> mother. So when she places him<sup>asws</sup>, the Angel writes between his<sup>asws</sup> eyes: <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:6#h115"><a href="/books/quran:6#h115">[6:115]</a></a> And the Word of your Lord has been accomplished truly and justly; there is none who can change His Words, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing</span>. So when he<sup>asws</sup> does stand with the command, a beacon is raised for him<sup>asws</sup> in every city. He<sup>asws</sup> looks from it to the deeds of the servants’.
