سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لِابْنَةِ جَحْشٍ قُتِلَ خَالُكِ حَمْزَةُ قَالَ فَاسْتَرْجَعَتْ وَ قَالَتْ أَحْتَسِبُهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا قُتِلَ أَخُوكِ فَاسْتَرْجَعَتْ وَ قَالَتْ أَحْتَسِبُهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لَهَا قُتِلَ زَوْجُكِ فَوَضَعَتْ يَدَهَا عَلَى رَأْسِهَا وَ صَرَخَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَا يَعْدِلُ الزَّوْجَ عِنْدَ الْمَرْأَةِ شَيْءٌ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Moammar Bin Khalid who said, ‘I heard Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said to a daughter of Jahash: ‘Your maternal uncle Hamza<sup>as</sup> is killed, so say ‘<span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h156"><a href="/books/quran:2#h156">[2:156]</a></a> Surely we are for Allah and to Him we are returning</span>’, and she said, ‘I will reckon it in the Presence of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’. Then he<sup>saww</sup> said to her: ‘Your brother is (also) killed, so say ‘<span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:2#h156"><a href="/books/quran:2#h156">[2:156]</a></a> Surely we are for Allah and to Him we are returning</span>’, and she said, ‘I shall reckon it in the Presence of Allah<sup>azwj</sup>’. Then he<sup>saww</sup> said to her: ‘Your husband is (also) killed’. So she placed her hand upon her head and shrieked. So Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘Nothing equates the husband in the presence of the wife, with anything’.
