الْبَنَاتُ حَسَنَاتٌ وَ الْبَنُونَ نِعْمَةٌ فَإِنَّمَا يُثَابُ عَلَى الْحَسَنَاتِ وَ يُسْأَلُ عَنِ النِّعْمَةِ .
اردو
بیٹیاں حسنات ہیں اور بیٹے نعمت ہیں۔ پس بے شک حسنات پر ثواب دیا جاتا ہے اور نعمت کے بارے میں سوال کیا جائے گا۔
Translation
And from him, from someone who reported it, from Ahmad Bin Abdul Rahman, from one of his companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The daughters are ‘حَسَنَاتٌ’ (blessings), and the sons are Bounties. So, rather you would be Rewarded upon the (blessings), but you would be Questioned about the Bounties’.
