سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلُ يُظَاهِرُ مِنْ جَارِيَتِهِ فَقَالَ الْحُرَّةُ وَ الْأَمَةُ فِي ذَلِكَ سَوَاءٌ .
Translation
Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, and Razzaz, from Ayoub Bin Nuh, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Is’haq Bin Ammar who said, ‘I asked Abu Ibrahim<sup>asws</sup> (7th Imam<sup>asws</sup>) about the man who did <span class="iTxt">Zahaar</span> from his slave girl. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘The free woman and the slave woman with regards to that, are equal’.
