قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَ لَا عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ .

علی ابن ابراہیم نے اپنے والد سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے منصور بن حازم سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے فرمایا: نکاح سے پہلے طلاق نہیں، اور ملکیت سے پہلے عتق نہیں۔
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Mansour Bin Hazam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘There is no divorce before the marriage, and there is no emancipation before the ownership’.
