اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ آمَنُوا ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا ثُمَّ ازْدادُوا كُفْراً لَنْ تُقْبَلَ تَوْبَتُهُمْ قَالَ نَزَلَتْ فِي فُلَانٍ وَ فُلَانٍ وَ فُلَانٍ آمَنُوا بِالنَّبِيِّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فِي أَوَّلِ الْأَمْرِ وَ كَفَرُوا حَيْثُ عُرِضَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْوَلَايَةُ حِينَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مَنْ كُنْتُ مَوْلَاهُ فَهَذَا عَلِيٌّ مَوْلَاهُ ثُمَّ آمَنُوا بِالْبَيْعَةِ لِأَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) ثُمَّ كَفَرُوا حَيْثُ مَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فَلَمْ يَقِرُّوا بِالْبَيْعَةِ ثُمَّ ازْدَادُوا كُفْراً بِأَخْذِهِمْ مَنْ بَايَعَهُ بِالْبَيْعَةِ لَهُمْ فَهَؤُلَاءِ لَمْ يَبْقَ فِيهِمْ مِنَ الْإِيمَانِ شَيْءٌ .

الحسین بن محمد، معلیٰ بن محمد سے، محمد بن اَورَمہ اور علی بن عبد اللہ سے، علی بن حسن سے، عبد الرحمٰن بن کثیر سے، ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے، اللہ عزّ و جلّ کے قول کے بارے میں: بے شک وہ لوگ جو ایمان لائے، پھر کافر ہوئے، پھر ایمان لائے، پھر کافر ہوئے، پھر کفر میں بڑھتے گئے—ان کی توبہ ہرگز قبول نہ کی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا: یہ فلاں، فلاں اور فلاں کے بارے میں نازل ہوئی۔ انہوں نے ابتدا میں نبی صلى الله عليه وآله پر ایمان لایا، پھر جب ولایت ان پر پیش کی گئی تو کافر ہو گئے، اس وقت جب نبی صلى الله عليه وآله نے فرمایا: جس کا میں مولا ہوں، تو یہ علی اس کا مولا ہے۔ پھر وہ امیر المؤمنین علیہ السلام کی بیعت کے ذریعے ایمان لائے، پھر جب رسول اللہ صلى الله عليه وآله وفات پا گئے تو کافر ہو گئے، پس انہوں نے بیعت کو تسلیم نہ کیا۔ پھر انہوں نے ان لوگوں کو، جنہوں نے ان سے بیعت کی تھی، اپنے لیے بیعت لے کر کفر میں اضافہ کیا۔ پس یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن میں ایمان کا کچھ بھی باقی نہ رہا۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Awrama and Ali Bi Abdullah, from Ali Bin Hassan, from Abdul Rahman Bin Kaseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h137"><a href="/books/quran:4#h137">[4:137]</a></a> Surely (as for) those who believe then disbelieve, again believe and again disbelieve, then increased in disbelief, Allah will never Forgive them</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It was Revealed regarding so and so, and so and so. They believed in the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> regarding the first matter but they disbelieve when he<sup>saww</sup> presented to them the Wilayah, when the Prophet<sup>saww</sup> said: ‘The one whose Master I<sup>saww</sup> was, so this Ali<sup>asws</sup> is his Master’. Then they believed in the allegiance to Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup>, then they disbelieved when Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> passed away, so they did not acknowledge with the allegiance. Then the disbelief increased by their seizing the ones who pledged allegiance to him<sup>asws</sup>, by the pledging of the allegiance for them. Thus, they are such that there did not remain in them anything from the <span class="iTxt">Eman</span>’.
