نَزَلَ جَبْرَئِيلُ ( عليه السلام ) بِهَذِهِ الْآيَةِ هَكَذَا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ... ظَلَمُوا آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ حَقَّهُمْ لَمْ يَكُنِ اللَّهُ لِيَغْفِرَ لَهُمْ وَ لا لِيَهْدِيَهُمْ طَرِيقاً. إِلَّا طَرِيقَ جَهَنَّمَ خالِدِينَ فِيها أَبَداً وَ كانَ ذلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيراً ثُمَّ قَالَ يا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جاءَكُمُ الرَّسُولُ بِالْحَقِّ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ فِي وَلَايَةِ عَلِيٍّ فَآمِنُوا خَيْراً لَكُمْ وَ إِنْ تَكْفُرُوا بِوَلَايَةِ عَلِيٍّ فَإِنَّ لِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَ مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ .

اور اس سند کے ساتھ، عبد العظیم بن عبد اللہ الحسنی سے، محمد بن الفضیل سے، ابی حمزہ سے، ابی جعفر (عليه السلام) سے، جنہوں نے فرمایا: جبرئیل (عليه السلام) اس آیت کے ساتھ اس طرح نازل ہوا: بے شک جن لوگوں نے محمد کی آل پر ان کے حق میں ظلم کیا، اللہ انہیں ہرگز نہ بخشے گا، اور نہ انہیں کسی راستے کی ہدایت دے گا، سوائے جہنم کے راستے کے، جس میں وہ ہمیشہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے؛ اور یہ اللہ پر آسان ہے۔ پھر اس نے فرمایا: اے لوگو! تمہارے پاس تمہارے رب کی طرف سے حق کے ساتھ رسول آ چکا ہے، علی کی ولایت کے بارے میں، پس ایمان لاؤ؛ یہ تمہارے لیے بہتر ہے۔ اور اگر تم علی کی ولایت کا انکار کرو، تو بے شک آسمانوں اور زمین میں جو کچھ ہے سب اللہ ہی کا ہے۔
Translation
And by this chain, from Abdul Azeem Bin Abdullah Al Hasany, from Muhammad Bin Al Fuzayl, from Abu Hamza, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘<span style="text-decoration: underline">Jibraeel</span><sup style="text-decoration: underline">as</sup><span style="text-decoration: underline"> desended with this Verse, like this </span><span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h168"><a href="/books/quran:4#h168">[4:168]</a></a> Surely (as for) those who were unjust to the Progeny of Muhammad</span><sup class="ibTxt">s</sup><sup class="ibTxt">aww</sup><span class="ibTxt"> of their rights Allah will not Forgive them nor Guide them to a Path <a href="/#/books/quran:4#h169"><a href="/books/quran:4#h169">[4:169]</a></a> Except the Path of Hell, to abide in it for ever, and this is easy to Allah</span>. Then he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘<span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:4#h170"><a href="/books/quran:4#h170">[4:170]</a></a> O you people! Surely the Rasool has come to you with the Truth from your Lord, regarding the Wilayah of Ali</span><sup class="ibTxt">asws</sup><span class="ibTxt">, therefore believe, (it shall be) good for you and If you disbelieve in the Wilayah of Ali</span><sup class="ibTxt">asws</sup><span class="ibTxt">, then surely whatever is in the skies and the earth is Allah's</span>’.
