سَمِعْتُ سَيِّدَنَا عَلِيَّ بْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ إِنَّ مَلَكاً يَهْبِطُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ فِي كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ مَعَهُ ثَلَاثَةُ مَثَاقِيلَ مِسْكاً مِنْ مِسْكِ الْجَنَّةِ فَيَطْرَحُهَا فِي الْفُرَاتِ وَ مَا مِنْ نَهَرٍ فِي شَرْقِ الْأَرْضِ وَ لَا غَرْبِهَا أَعْظَمَ بَرَكَةً مِنْهُ .

میں نے ہمارے سردار علی بن الحسین علیہ السلام کو یہ فرماتے سنا: بے شک ہر رات ایک فرشتہ آسمان سے اترتا ہے جس کے ساتھ جنت کی خوشبو کے تین مثقال مشک ہوتی ہے، پس وہ اسے فرات میں ڈال دیتا ہے، اور مشرق و مغرب کی پوری زمین میں کوئی دریا اس سے بڑھ کر بابرکت نہیں۔
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from one of our companions, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Bin Fazzal, from Hanan Bin Sudeyr, from his father, from Hakeem Bin Jubeyr who said, ‘I heard our Master Ali<sup>asws</sup> Bin Al-Husayn<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘An Angel descends from the sky during every night, with him being three ounces of musk from the musk of the Paradise, so he casts it in the Euphrates, and there is none from a river in the east of the earth nor in the west of it with a Blessing greater than it’.
