سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ هَذِهِ الْحَمَامُ حَمَامُ الْحَرَمِ هِيَ مِنْ نَسْلِ حَمَامِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ( عليه السلام ) الَّتِي كَانَتْ لَهُ .

علی بن محمد نے صالح بن ابی حماد سے، انہوں نے الوشاء سے، انہوں نے احمد بن عائذ سے، انہوں نے ابو خدیجہ سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: 'یہ کبوتر — حرم کا کبوتر — یہ اسماعیل بن ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے کبوتر کی نسل سے ہے جو ان کا تھا۔'
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Salih Bin Abu Hammad, from Al Washa, from Ahmad Bin A’aiz, from Abu Khadeeja who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘This pigeon here, pigeon of the Sanctuary, it is from the lineage of a pigeon of Ismail<sup>as</sup> Bin Ibrahim<sup>as</sup> which was for him<sup>as</sup>’.
