اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى أَوْ آخَرانِ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ الرَّجُلُ فِي بَلَدٍ لَيْسَ فِيهِ مُسْلِمٌ جَازَتْ شَهَادَةُ مَنْ لَيْسَ بِمُسْلِمٍ عَلَى الْوَصِيَّةِ .

محمد بن اسماعیل نے فضل بن شاذان اور علی بن ابراہیم سے، انہوں نے اپنے والد سے — دونوں مل کر — انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے ہشام بن الحکم سے، انہوں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کے قول کے بارے میں: 'یا تمہارے علاوہ دو اور' آپؑ نے فرمایا: 'اگر آدمی ایسے شہر میں ہو جہاں کوئی مسلمان نہ ہو، تو غیر مسلم کی وصیت پر گواہی جائز ہے۔'
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazal Bin Shazaan and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father together, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Al Hakam, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the Words of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Blessed and High <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:5#h106"><a href="/books/quran:5#h106">[5:106]</a></a> or two others from among others than you</span>, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If the man was in a city in which there were no Muslims, it is allowed, the witnessing of the one who is not a Muslim, upon the bequest’.
