شَهَادَةِ امْرَأَةٍ حَضَرَتْ رَجُلًا يُوصِي لَيْسَ مَعَهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يُجَازُ رُبُعُ مَا أَوْصَى بِحِسَابِ شَهَادَتِهَا .

محمد بن اسماعیل نے فضل بن شاذان سے، انہوں نے ابن ابی عمیر سے، انہوں نے ربعی سے، انہوں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ ایک ایسی عورت کی گواہی کے بارے میں جو ایک ایسے مرد کے پاس موجود تھی جو وصیت کر رہا تھا اور اس کے ساتھ کوئی اور مرد نہ تھا۔ تو آپ نے فرمایا: اس کی گواہی کے حساب سے وصیت کا چوتھا حصہ جائز ہے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazal Bin Shazaan, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Rabi’e, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the testimony of a woman in the presence of a man bequeathing, and there is not man with her. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is allowed, a quarter of what is bequeathed, by the counting of her testimony’.
